At the first aerial yoga class, I thought the aerial yoga hammock was not going to lift me at all. Through every aerial yoga class, I managed to overcome this initial fear and I let myself into enjoying aerial arts. Especially it worked my abdominal muscles, spinal cord and shoulders.

At some point I felt like I fly and sling with ropes and the techniques were made us swing and sling as we workout. The stability on the hammock in class was fun. In aerial yoga class the yoga hammock was felt first class for a local studios. My foot hooked and support my joints through spine.

Each time I went to yoga class, I felt like half pounds were given but that was not my intention. I wanted to feel free and yoga classes and hammock made much of the workout. I had to learn to trust my instructor and the ceiling. My postures improved overtime and I was expect that.
