I really like your article. I have found that many companies just look at their bottom line. Employees end up doing the work of 3 people, this puts an enormous amount of pressure on them. A lot of people find they work in combative environments because of the enormous amount of stress they experience. Mental health isn't a priority because you have to cope or else…
